WHAT IS SELF CARE?
Self Care is the practice of taking action to preserve or improve one's own health on a physical, spiritual, mental and/or emotional level.
Self Care is something we should really practice every day. I think to some extent most of us do but we also more often than not get caught up in the rat race we call life and forget to, well, take care of ourselves!
I also think if we go too long without any self care ritual at all, we can get ourselves into a funk. Or a very negative place to say the least.
HOW TO PRACTICE SELF CARE?
The answer is simple, schedule time for yourself! There are so many ways you can practice self care. Make an effort to work some or all of the methods into your schedule to start attracting a more positive future along with a better outlook on life all together.
This page is dedicated to guiding and teaching about general self care. Use this a starting point and a place to learn all you can about the different techniques out there. We all need healing in some form, why not start with self care!
